My first two years of playing the guitar were very slow. I searched on the internet for tabs and how to play guitar stuff but there really wasn’t a whole lot around. I knew a few friends who played a little and tried to learn from them but it still wasn’t working very good. I then decided to get down to the basics. I was still struggling with playing my chords clean. Playing chords “clean” means that when you are in your chord structure, you should be able to pick every string on your guitar and it should make a full clean sound. None of the strings should sound “muted” or strained.
